About this Course

Welcome to Beyond the Black Belt. Join 11-time world champion martial artist Renshi Maeghen Cotterill to build and refine the basics of karate and kickboxing while improving stamina, strength, agility, and mobility. Beyond the Black Belt incrementally introduces the technical building blocks of martial arts mixed with drylands training techniques chosen to help you become your best you! The weekly regiment runs in 28-day modules that build upon skills. Every week includes robust warm-ups, dynamic stretching, strength building exercises, technical break-downs, and mindfulness meditation for everybody from beginners to world champions.
